    Hi Lyndsey

You are over thinking, which is completely understandable.

Everyone's frightened at first but you went to the doctors for help.

Everyone's different, I read all the side effects and was scared stiff. I'm on 40mg and thankful that I did take it. I had side effects but nothing as bad as the depression. Hope this helps.

    Try to be positive x

Hi Lindsay alot of doctors start people on 10mg for two weeks before taking 20mg to give your body time to get used to the meds. They do not have to be impossible to stop taking, if you taper off small amounts slowly .

    Hi Lyndsey,

I’m on 10mg for 20 weeks. I hear you on the hesitation. I loooked at the bottle in the medicine cabinet for about 5 weeks until I gave in. Feeling better totally outweighs how I felt before and it also outweighs the side affects. Keep us posted how you are. We are here for you. So many great people are here.👍🏼👍🏼😇😇😇😇😇
