Horrible tension headache

It's been long days with all the peri symptoms. Now a new symptom, horrible tension headache, and ear ache. Nothing works for the headaches, it's there all day every day for past couple of weeks. I try to eat healthy, stay hydrated and keep active. I am not on any medication except vitamins, magnesium and allergy medicine. My periods barely come... could it be another symptom of peri??

I had a headache today---  I am over-tired as well.  I know the weather messes with my sinuses so I took some OTC for head pressure.  I'm hoping that's all I need is a good nights rest.

Dramisha.  Ask your doctor for a muscle relaxer.  When I have a tension headache that is the only thing that relieves it.  Sometime just one will do the trick. ((Hugs))

Yes unfortunately it is. This has been what I've been battling with for over a month now. It scared me too because I had the migraines plus cluster headaches in my eyes. I thought I was going to have a stroke that's how bad it hurt. It set off my anxiety big time. I went to the doctor and she thought it was sinus related due to the weather. 🤔

But then I heard a lot of the women on here say that they were having the same pressure and pain in the head. So I just chalked it up to being yet another wonderful symptom of our dear friend "peri." Hope you are feeling better soon. Take care.

Thank you my wonderful peri sisters. Today its not so bad. I don't get my period regularly so I can't tell if it happens around my cycle or not. But from hearing your symptoms, I guess it is peri related.
