Hot face

Hi

Is it just me or does anyone else feel like this?

This is really strange but if I have hot food e.g. tea immediately afterwards. only in my face I will have the most horendous hot flush. No where else.

i could stop having hot food buy thats not practical ?

Any solutions?

    yep for years now its horrible like my face is in a boiler and my ears goes on fir hours and hours sometimes all day long.

      its a form of a hot flash some women dont sweat much and im one of them, so this is how it effects the ones that don't sweat much its horrible not the typical hot flash get hot then sweat cool down, im dealing with it right now its tiring.

    OMGosh, I keep having this weird hot feeling in my face and head after I drink my green tea. The flashes were about gone but I have noticed since drinking the tea more daily, I'm having more of those feelings . I never related the two. Wow! Thank you, Can't take no more symptoms. Tired of them, PERIOD!
