How do I get rid of tiny molluscum on penis shaft?

Hi there. How can I get rid of tiny pinheaded molluscum on my penis shaft? I think I have about 3-5 tiny ones on my shaft so I’m restraining from having sex but this sucks beyond belief because there’s a girl I like and I want to get with here but I can’t because I don’t want to spread this so she’s gonna go off me if I keep pushing her away because of this when she doesn’t know why I’m pushing her away! How can I get rid of this?
