Hi I was wondering how to remove these red spots on my face? I got one under my eye from picking at milia and it’s been red ever since, and the other is from using a blackhead extractor? I was wondering how to remove the redness? At home if possible?

I don't know if this helps, but I have one on the right side of my nose that will not go away, I couldn't stop picking at it because it looked like dry flaking skin, but when I rubbed the dry skin off, then it looked like a cigarette burn that looked worse. I eventually just left it alone and kept it moisturized, it's still there but not as noticeable.
