How long should I go cold turkey before swapping from sertraline to Mirtazapine

I have been off the sertraline two days felt a bit weird sometimes the room spins round almost like being drunk. My GP said give it a couple of days or so before swapping to the Mirtazapine but how do you know when you are ready for the swap can anybody on this forum help me please. Many thanks

    just go with what doc has told you if he said a few days then I'd guess he meant 2 /3 days... I was switched the next day from mirtazapine to a different anti depressant...

    I take these 2 medications together. Make sure you wean off mirtazapine slowly cos the withdrawals are not very nice!

    I wouldn't go on Mirtazapine. Completely killed my sex drive been off it 2 months and still hasn't returned. Helped me put weight on and slept better but killed my passion for life and dulled my personality completely, feel much better of it. Was in 45 mg
