How to deal with itching and burning after using Pevaryl to treat (what my doc thinks is) trush?

After a course of generic antibiotics - which I never use - I started having burning sensations in urethra which got worse when I peed.

Doc had my urine tested and while waiting for results he put me on: Pevaryl creme - twice daily - and one 150mg suppository of Pevaryl.

I felt relief after putting suppository and applying creme for the first time. After applying it for the second time the itch and burning came back with a vengeance. I can't function normally.

I'll try and see my doc asap but in the meantime I really need to do something - showering did nothing.

p.s. before being put on these meds I tried tee-tree and oregano oils (ingested diluted in other carrier oils), probiotics, herbal teas...
