Hi! So one of the issues that I've been having is going out in public places because I guess I just fear the feeling of feeling anxious and then boom I'm dizzy and overwhelmed BBB and feel like I can barely walk but just keep going anyways because I know I need to get out. My boyfriend wants to go Christmas shopping today with me ant advice on how to make this a successful experience and calm down the anxiety, perhaps techniques that have worked for you? xx Is it best to just get out there and do it?

My name is Jhoanna and I have been suffering with social anxiety disorder for one year and few months. I was afraid to go out, go shopping stand in a qew at the bank or post office, I was having diziness, I was very frightened....this because I have been bullied at work...and because I was very stressed in life in general. I used to be normal...a litle bit shy, but was able to function normally...but the I have transformed into something I thought I will ever be able to cure. Always afraid and anxious...untill I have tried hypnotherapy. Went for 5 sessions...it worked...at the beginning it seemed that wasn`t doing that mucgh, but after the 5th session I am now normal again. I can go enywhere, can get out, go shopping, talk with people...I can`t believe that I am back to normal, but it is true I want to tell everybody who suffers like I did so they can get better also.
