HPV or LS scarring?

I'm in my late 40's and was diagnosed with LS about 16 years, after my son was born. Had a hysterectomy about 14 years ago and its been a dry sand pit down there since and I'm not on HRT, but did just start Estradiol cream though about 4 weeks ago. I take nothing for the LS. I was exposed to HPV about 24 years, from my now ex-husband but never had a breakout of warts. I think I am now though, and I'm freaking out! I did see my PCP last month and she said the areas in the pics, were not "alarming" but I'm still worried. Do these areas look like warts, or is LS scarring? I tear VERY easily, whether I'm simply wiping, washing down there and even my boyfriend has accidentally tore me. I say this because each of the areas shown, is where a tear used to be, or where I tear over and over. If it is HPV, why a breakout now, 24 years after exposure?

Picture did not come through. But if your skin is tearing that easily and you know you has LS, you might want to reconsider using something or doing something for it.

I dont know these acronyms but my skin is easy to tear too from wiping, touching, sex etc. all related to LS. If I were you i'd look to treat the LS, hope that helps!
