HSV 1 genital herpes possible reacurrence?

So I got diagnosed with HSV 1 genital herpes around January 2nd was my first outbreak I had a couple ulcers inside my vagina that were like a whiter color inside the ulcer(looked like what it looks like when you search vaginal ulcers) I took valtrex and after about 2 weeks it was fully gone, my boyfriend and I have sex pretty often yesterday we had sex it was alittle rough not crazy rough but I felt kinda sore so today looked down there and it looks like almost 3 small vaginal tears on the inside of my vagina they look like ulcers but don't have the white color inside the ulcers they're almost the same color as the rest of my vaginal just alittle darker In color.. I'm just confused to is this a herpes reacurrence or is this just vaginal tears from rough sex? Like I said they look like they could be ulcers but I don't really know I'm new with this.. also they aren't a circle shape they're more of a longer thinner shape

Sex. I wonder if it causes our skin to be weaker?

Yes my skin has been alittle weaker down there because I feel the same way most of the times we have sex it always feels like I might have tore skin.. just this time when I looked the tears were noticeable but didn't look like full ulcers or how it is when I had my first outbreak

I was diagnosed a few months back and this happens to me very often, even just putting a tampon in. My doctor said that a symptom of herpes is fissures which are basically little thin tears. I feel like my skin is much more prone to tearing now because I have pretty frequent outbreaks so my skin doesn't get a chance to heal like it used to. Not sure if it's one or the other or a combo but you're not alone on that one.

I have type 1 but I basically have constant reoccuring outbreaks. Since November I've only been "clear" for maybe 3 days at a time... Apparently that is very uncommon for type 1. I am thinking about seeing a specialist since mine seems to be chronic.
