if you have oral hsv1 since child, is it possible get the same type on your genital area by oral sex years later?
or having the type 1 for too many years would protected me 100% of getting it in other parts of my body?

i believe you have some immunity to it and it is highly unlikely to get hsv 1 in genitals if you have had it orally for many years but you can still type 2 down there

i did the blood test 8 months after exposure and it just came back hsv1 positive as i expected since i have cold sores every 2 years.
hsv 2 was negative.
the problem is that i don't believe that i don't have it on my genitals
i had hading fissures, tiny ulcers that is painful do touch, ALWAYS in the left side of my vulva.
also tingling, nerve pain and horrible burning sensation on vulva.
the first symptom was just 2 days after sex, with unprotected oral sex and since then i had about 5 recurrences.
thats why now i wondering if its hsv1 also on my vulva cuz i cant accept thats its not herpes and just cant turn off my mind.

It is highly unlikely that you have HSV 1 of the genitals. THe virus is the same whether it infects your mouth or genitals, so the antigens that your immune system recognizes is also the same. meaning, if you were exposed to the virus on your genitals, your immune system could defend you. the longer you had the virus--from childhood--the more antibodies you have to protect you against it. you could still be positive for HSV2, some women have reported here that they dont get positives until years after. So its highly unlikely you got hsv1 on your genitals, but not impossible, when you get lesions, you should get swabbed, if it comes back positive for either virus, youll know for sure what it is.

you probably just have it orally, i have it too.
the 2 "outbreaks" that you've posted pictures, is clearly just infected follicles caused by shaving (bacterial), its super common.
in my case i had fissures/ulcers on the wet part of my inner labia, that appears time to time on the same place.
i would not worry if i was you, from what i read its rare to get the same type in two places if it was not the first outbreak of both them, because if you had it orally first, your body would build antibodies that wouldnt let you get it genitally.
