About 11 days ago, I had vaginal sex with an old friend. About 4 days ago, I noticed these tiny bumps. I thought maybe it was a hygiene issue because I had problems with domestic issues. It feels as if i cut myself shaving when i pee. I was swabbed for stds today and im becoming more and more anxious as i google things. Does this look like genital herpes?? I have also been having some white discharge, but it has no smell nor clumps.

    look like you have a infection maybe yeast which causes sores as well
