Hy im curious. I live in northampton and im 3 and a half weeks post op from my tkr

    I'm in Kuala Lumpur. Too far for a visit? Not sure why you'd want to stay in touch with a lot of joint replaced, grumpy, elderly folks. Many of us are broken down and weary. Good luck.

    Awe what a shame most people arnt sayin so far i was only really asking as i live here in northampton, but i dont come from here and no one seems that sociable so 8nwondered if there were others like me , who dont know anyone and have had tkr done or even if they havent, its hard to make friends i cant work and im very mch a people person , friendly , chatty, i have worked for the elderly all my life as a personal carer and loved my work but i cant do that now ., i miss it a lot. But anyways i was only asking ha , dont feel you have to say anyways peeps i understand, im not an older tkr either ha xx

      I'm 51. I had my right tkr in September this year and getting my left knee done next year. I live in Perth with my new husband of nearly 4 months and don't know anyone apart from him and my mother-in-law. We met at work B&Q, he's a manager and was moved to my store in Dundee. We both still work in the Dundee store, me currently off sick lol.

      I live in Errol near The Car Boot Sale, retired and patiently waiting but other knee is going now with the extra weight on it. Half way between the two hospitals.
