Not sure but Arnica 30c helps with bruising to heal tissues etc. If in doubt check with doctor / Gyna again on this.

Hi Stacey... I too had a hyst 8 weeks ago.. and yes, I have a tender side, the left.. I also notice if I sit TOO LONG, it begins to give me discomfort... also driving too long.

My doctor said its still in a "healing mode".. I will have these discomforts.. she said a good 6 months to feel better, too heal better...

    hope you feel better soon!

Iam 7 weeks post op and mine hurts on the left at the bottom. I think it can take upto 12 weeks untill we feel better. I have had two water infections so maybe see you docter and get your water checked or you may have an infection in your tummy. Maybe you have over done  too much ? X

    Hi Stacey

I am also 8 weeks post op and still have discomfort bruise like feeling., especially when ive done alot.

yesturday I did my first proper long drive and last night I was very tender,

also notice the bruising when I go for a no.2!

I agree with dee, it aparently lasts for months yet we will get there tho.

I also have no feeling (numbness) in a band across my stomach, nerve damage during cut, unlikely that will be back for at least a year doc said if at all!

I remember after my C Section the numbness seemed to last for ages (possibly a couple of years in some parts), but it did eventually go. I'd forgotten about that, my TAH is 29th Jan so I have all these 'pleasures' to look forward to rolleyes x

Thanks everyone for your replies. I have had two infection in 4 weeks of having the op and had a blood clot removed from the top of my volt which was 7cm by 2cm.I dont drive and i have only been washing the pots. Its only sore when i touch it near my belly button.

Did you get the blood clot after your op? If so what signs did you get. I had some socks to wear for 6 weeks after my op but only had them on for 2 weeks. But the last few weeks I've had pain in my knee cap on the right ans top of my arm.

I've had two water infections aswell.

Hope you are starting to feel a little better x
