i have a uncomfortable feeling in my vagina it feels like something is inside me but only if I cough or if I sit on the edge of a seat like when getting up any ideas or is this normal I'm 11 days post op this has only come on this weekend

    It is probably the healing process, it's only early days for you yet. If you're worried don't hesitate to ring your doctor and hopefully put your mind at rest. This op plays on our mind a lot, I think because we just don't know what to expect and all sorts run through our mind. This forum is the best thing ever and totally helping me to relax a bit withtalking to others going through the same as us. Xx

    I know it's not the same, but I had a DNC once and they left a big ball of gauze in my

    vagina. It's funny now, but it was pretty scary at the time. I didn't know if my insides were falling out!

    I've had a similar problem. I'm three weeks post op and I've been fine till Friday but since then I've been very tender and uncomfortable down below both when sitting and standing. One side is very hard and sore( sorry tmi) and the other is fine. Any ideas? Think I will call my GP tomorrow as I'm very uncomfortable.

    I had the same feeling I went to docs one week post op 

    had an infection in external stitches which I thought I had but wasn't sure 

    really sore and pulling had antibiotics but the sensation is now coming back something isn't right down there ..feels tender and hard to touch ,

    am going to see the nurse again this week I think to get her to see ,,I'm.  2 weeks and 2 days post op feel fine and doing everything I usually do
