I am going to make Saturday nights treat night

I really do struggle on a saturday night as much I say no I will treat it as any other night I fail.  My treat will be different from my old habits mountains of biscuits, cakes n crisps etc.

For now I think to cope I will allow myself this and just make sure I keep it under control else I think I will binge eat.

    Just remember to keep it under 5g per 100g or else you'll regret it.

    We all also have to remember that food doesn't control us, we choose to put food in our mouths, not the other way round. If we can hold ourselves accountable for what we eat, then it becomes easier to change habits such as binge eating, try to think of food as fuel instead of an indulgence smile

    It is hard at the weekend. I try and have a treat that's within the allowance.

    One Saturday we went wagamama and I had the lobster salad. Another weekend went nandos and ate chicken breast with salad. Last night I ate some marshmallows and jelly babies and we went out for dinner to chimichanga and I ate steak with vegetables and salad.

    Those are my treats within the allowance.

      That dessert sounded nice smile love meringue nests.  Guess you can fresh fruit and drizzle with a yogurt, mmmmm must add that to my shopping list.

      Was you ok with a curly wurly? I are a 1/4 of a fudge bar and was in the loo straight away lol

    Maybe you could have a treat box for weekends hun?

    Tupperware with things especially for the weekends, that are not over the top, or save any mid-week treats up and have them on Saturday night. x x x

    @Senoki...I agree with you 100%!
