i have been on fluvoxamine for 10 days was on 50mgs for two days, then 75 for two days been on 100mgs for 4 days. Has anyone had success with this drug. what does were you on and how long did it take to kick in. Any positive responses would be a big help.

I've not been on that particular SSRI but I have been on zoloft and celexa . With these types of medication, it really depends on the individual on how long it takes to kick in. But a majority of people myself included I would say it takes a good few weeks just to start to feel some progress, and 8-12 or more to actually be able to see the progress yourself. I know the info on the internet and the physicians say it takes 4-6 weeks but I think that is just for it to start to get into your system. But don't get discouraged, the small improvements up until that time are what keeps you going, and I have had real success on both that I have taken, once they do finally level out.

every body seems to say you should be better so quickly it scares you that your not. it took you a while to feel recovered
