I am puzzled

The past 10 months I have been dealing with all sorts of problems. I'm 23 and a type 1 diabetic. It all started when I was driving and had a scary heart arrythmia. I had no idea what had just happened so when I described it to my doctor he simply said it was heart palpitations. Even though I had debilitating left chest pain followed by a massive flutter and a heart rate over 250. Just palpitations though. Then I started having stomach issues and noticed my stomach constantly pulsating. The chest pains and arrhythmias went away but have now come back. The other day I got out of the shower and had severe left shoulder pain followed by a quick crushing left chest pain that left me hot and tired. I went to the ER and they shrugged it off. I've been 4 times in the last 10 months and have had multiple ecgs, chest x Ray's and blood tests. All normal. I told them I had a history of cocaine use but they said it wouldnt be that. Even though I came in overdosing once and was a chronic user. Yes I know very stupid. I did quit recently though. Unfortunately I've put my body through a lot and I'm hoping it's not too late. I'm committed to staying sober and changing. Lately though I'm in constant fear of my heart giving out. But am told it's completely fine. I also get pain in my back, fingers, and toes. It's like sharp shooting pain. Followed by pressure in the left side of my head and my whole body is constantly vibrating and buzzing. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I never have any chest pain that lasts long it's usually short and quick but powerful.
