I am taking Wellbutrin 150 XL and Lexapro 5mg Anxiety is back!!

Hello everyone, I have been on WELLBUTRIN 150 and Lexapro 5mg for a year and a half. I got really sick and took DayQuil, NyQuil, and mucinex. Doc then gave me a Zpak, asmacort and Tessalon Pearls for coughing. Man did this mess me up, anxiety back. I quit taking all the cold stuff almost a week ago. Still anxious, getting better but not fast enough. Any insight
