I Can Control My Twitching?

I have discovered about two years ago that my nose twitches when I scrunch my nose. Is this bad? I've looked everywhere and I couldn't find any answers to why my nose twitches whenever I scrunch my nose.

I also lately discovered that whenever I put my thumb in a certain position, it also twitches. I am concerned about these purposely caused twitches. Please help me, why is this happening, and what does it mean?
