I understand your desperation. I am in the same place now. The pain is so severe I just cry constantly. I dont have a lump on my neck, but I do have restless legs, shoulder pain, wrist pain etc, but the worst for me is constant hip pain! Its so bad I cant even sleep without waking in agony throughout the night. I dread going to sleep. I sweat really bad theough the night too, my pillow is saturated from my hair and its a waste of time going go the doctors. They have just told me there is nothing they can do and I have to learn to live with it, but its getting worse and worse, and I cant live with it when I am stuck sitting up in bed all day. I have to try to cook a meal each night or the kids would just eat crap. I used to love cooking but it cripples me now. The knife keeps slipping when I am chopping, my hands seize up and my back aches terrible. The sweat pours from my face when I wash dishes, into my eyes and mouth, its quite unbelievable!  I take tramadol, co-codamol, oramorph vit D lansoprasole, cetirizine, fenofibrate and atorvastatin. My cholesterol was the highest my gp had ever seen and I had no idea why and he thought I was a heavy drinker cos my triglycerides  were over ten times higher than they should be. What is topiramate and pramipezole for? I havent heard of them.

as for advice, you need to go demanding! And do not take no for an answer! That is what I am about ti do, couldnt get a blinkin appointment today though, cos I am starting to wonder about my diagnosis. I wonder about PMR as my symptoms seem to be exact, it was like I was reading my symptoms when I read fhe list, so I am gonna ask again. It seems you have to make a pest of yourself before they start to take you seriously. Good luck x

Gosh!! YOu are helping everydoby who reases your pelese because we all thought hthere was no one in as much trouble as we --or le me speak only for myself--I thought that.  A little blue sky-- A tree branch near the window--a bird flyin gin the sky--a friend wo smiles you  still have these vibant moments You know if they tried to donstruct something --like a robot for exmaple--that could do what your right hand can do, it would have to be fourteen sotiries high.  Does that help a t all?
