Do you hate leaving the house?  It may well be agraphobia mixed in with general health anxiety. and social anxiety or a combination of some of these.

I have pretty much all of these too and nobody sees anything wrong with me. But my neurologist pressed on some trigger points in my shoulders and almost made me faint and not from the pain.  So he thinks a lot of my problems are do to extreme tension in my shoulders and neck.  I'll be beginning something called Manual Therapy on Thursday.  I've had this stuff for 8 months now. It's definitely crippling when it comes to living a normal life.

Follow thru with your bloodwork amd exam.hopefully all will be fine. So You know medications for gerd alter absorptions of numerous vitamins. B12 and calcium are big with that. So when you go,for bloodwork ask them to check your b12 too. Sometimes doctor or can give you xanax which is a benzo. Addicitng if you used them a lot but for emergency or a airline flight very useful to control anxiety attacks. You can ask the dr.I send you a message on some very helpful knowledge. Feel better and hope all your bloodwork goes well.

In all probability it is anxiety. But don't worry it can be managed with medication and/or therapy.

Please consult a specialist and discuss all your symptoms.

    Take care
