Anxiety or heart related but I get short of breath when walking my heart pounds it's don't go above 90 I constant hear heart beat in ears and feel impending doom and pains in chest and arms and can feel my heart beat in my back I've had ecg was normal rhythm but fast blood test fine I have lots of tightness in top of abdomen feels very tight mainly 2wards left side

i get all those! and all my heart test came back fine i think its anxiety

Sounds like anxiety to me. I get the abdomen tightness and increase hr also. Yrs ago when I was struggling with anxiety attacks I could hear my blood pumping through my veins. Doc prescribed valium and it all went away.
