I don't know what this is, a std? Herpes?

Hello, I am a hypochondriac and I'm going through a bit of a std scare. It's been about 2 years since I got screened and for a year and a half I was with one partner. Since then we broke up and I've been very sexually active. Every partner I was with I made sure they were clean. I scraped my penis during some vigorous sex a couple days ago and been experiencing some pain but no visible damage or lesions where it hurts. Since then I've been worrying about spots on my penis and losing my mind. I am going to get checked next week. I just want to talk to some people to get some peace of mind or know what I'm dealing with. Any input will be much appreciated smile

Did any of the people you were with have any lesions of sorts? If not there's a good chance it's not hsv but probably irritation. Did you have a condom on for oral and penetrative sex?

No, not that I saw. I always check to make sure along with asking and I did not use a condom for oral or penetrative sex.

People do not always tell the truth unfortunately. Well if you don't develop any lesions and it goes away in two days then you should be clear. I do suggest that in about 6 weeks have a follow up Full STD panel done, make sure to ask for an igg type specific hsv test.

There seems to be no lesions but just spots that resemble lesions that I freaked out over 2 years ago when I first got tested. It's just it has been so long since I worried about the spots and it's like I'm reliving it all over again. The spots are scar tissue from tears from vigiourous sex years ago and there is no pain coming from them. The skin seems to be unbroken but the spot looks like it got bigger than from what I remember. I think I'm overthinking this whole situation and just need to go get checked to put my mind at ease.
