I get a spike during my walk

For about two weeks, when I go for a long walk my pulse goes very high for a few minutes and then it comes down. A few times it was around 170 and 190. I  don't go for a very fast walk. Mostly it is medium. I don't know why it is that super high for 3 to 5 minutes and then down to 12-/130. Before I never went above 130/135. I don't feel out of breath or any other symptoms. The only thing I notice is a pain in my left arm. It is my Fitbit that shows high pulse rate. I have been using Fitbit since November. I noticed such high number only couple times back in February. However, it became a regular thing lately. Do I need to consult my doctor since I notice it almost on a daily basis?

Thank you
