Always start with the nasi s: see a specialist 1st. An orthopedic Dr can order the proper tests and then can offer pepper treatment. I'm the meantime an anti inflammatory over the counter drug such as Aleve and ice 20 mind on and 20 mins off can offer relief. Above all else, rest as much as possible so you don't do any further damage in case something is torn or damaged part way you don't want to make it worse.

Simple...see an orthopedist immediately and get an x-ray/MRI.  Get a diagnosis before you do any more damage.  By the way...

What were you doing with a bicycle on your roof???
