i had hemmorroidectomy on April, i am still having pain

    Me,too! i am 6 weeks out and I'm miserable. I can't leave my house due to pain and the amount of bm's i have. Very discouraged.

    I am really sorry to hear you guys are still in so much pain.

    I am 6 weeks in and feeling almost 100%, but as I have seen on this forum before, everybody heals differently. Unfortunately it is a waiting game, there is not much more one can do besides what the doctor or surgeon has prescribed as well as sticking to a high in fiber diet and LOTS of water. Some people tend to make the mistake of eating a lot of fiber but, without an adequate amount of water the fiber will cause constipation.

    I really hope you two get better soon as the pain this surgery has caused is nothing short of hellish.
