I had a panic attack last Saturday and ever since I've felt tense, scared, nervous, etc.

I'm really scared and I don't know what to do

      Panic attacks are very unpleasant so naturally we fear having another onr - but you need to distract yourself amd do your best to stop wondering when the next one's going to be - if there is a next one. You mentioned that you don't sleep well. Any ideas as to why?

    It can be a vicious cycle. It usually starts with one and then people start getting anxious about it happening again and that makes it happen again. Try to distract yourself somehow. I know that's very tough to do but something has to divert your mind.

    Lack of sleep, stress, diet, mindset - all relate to Anxiety.

    The worse thing, from my experience, is not doing anything or keeping the brain preoccupied.
