Whats that brown spot and it does indeed look like balanitis, try keeping underneath the foreskin dry, after you shower, and while showring ensure that you pull the foreskin back and was with water NO SOAP, Also make sure once your out you leave youre foreskin out and let it dry fully before movin the foreskin back over. Hopefully this helps but id go to a doctor i went two days ago for it and i was prescribed a cream called Canesten Clotrimazole, i dont know if it works but i will come back every day and tell you how my symptoms are 8)

If you have had this as it is now for 3 years it is not going to go anywhere, no matter what you try. The picture is not particularly clear, but it goes look like a mole - also, as with the skin anywhere else on the body, skin imperfections can occur at any time. Pigmentation change can also occur at any time, and there are several non-problematic conditions that can cause this.

The lighter brown markings / speckles that you also have on the head of your penis may respond to clotrimazole - but these are likely to be caused by the regular presence of moisture on the skin of your penis. So, people who do sports training, do gym workouts, or simply wear clothing that encourages sweat can get this brown marking on several areas of the body, including anywhere in the groin region.

Controlling sweat, or the presence of moisture in the groin region is the only way to deal with this.
