I am a patient of sugar since 2004, and I have anemia since 2007, since then I take medication of sugar and red blood cells. 4 months back in August 2019, my hemoglobin level fell to 4.5 and then I take 3 bottles of red blood cell. Since then I take heavy steroid medicine like deltacortril and then my sugar level out of control and I am now on insulin. Now my hemoglobin level is 12 and I have severe bowel movement, whatever I eat immediately it starts paining in my belly and I poop. I have taken medicine of poop but unfortunately I am not fine and I am very weak now. I have lost 10-15 kg of weight since then. Kindly help me out I am a poor man cannot afford costly doctors. Hi , your english is fine . Im sorry you are feeling so bad . There is one thing you are taking that can give you constant diarrhea , insulin has thus side affect on many patients ,however is so very important for diabetes . Of course talk to your doctor about this , in the mean time eat foods higher in iron and protein . Try to avoid caffeine ,as it can also loosen your bowels . Best wishes for you

hi
try to take carbon pills, this may relax your large intestine. you are probably going through stress and anxiety. try to relax your mind and avoid spicy food. hope you will get better.
