The photos are not clear enough for me to comment on, what I suggest is that you put some preventative protocols in place from now on, So when you say:

    .

" and theres a cum thats left over maybe? and stick to my boxers? or irritated by cloth? " and - " when i rub it with soap it slightly painful "

    .

So yes, as you suggest semen can leak from the penis for quite a while after you ejaculate. So each time, even if you are only sexually aroused, or produce pre-ejaculate, or actually ejaculate then you are going to need to do a full clean-up each time. You may need to check several times over the period of a few hours even.

The most important one is immediately after you have been aroused or go on to ejaculate - use tissues to remove any liquids from your penis, wait around 20 minutes to 1/2-hour and wipe with the tissues again, but this time go and wash with water only and fully dry with a towel that ONLY you use.

I would suggest that from now on after you masturbate also check at different time intervals afterwards to see whether any further fluids have reached your Meatus, and again you need to remove these with a tissue whenever you notice this.

Where you say about soap you should NEVER use any body cleaning product on your Meatus and the simplest way of achieving this is not to apply ANY body cleaning products to the top part of your penis, and NEVER use hot water either.

In fact, you should never apply ANYTHING near your Meatus as the problem is if anything gets inside the Meatus or reaches the urethra this can cause a major issue.

From what I can make of the photos you do not have major irritation - put the protocols in place that I have detailed, try abstaining from masturbation for 2 or 3 weeks and the irritation may fade.

If it worsens or you become particularly concerned get a medical professional to check it for you - the specialist that deals with these issues is a Urologist

hello last day actually the pain or redness goes away but now after i felt some rubbing on my boxers a while ago its slightly painful so when i checked it, its red again and when it contacts my boxers it hurts again and it will become red. should i wear fitted boxers? im wearing big boxers. I am applying cold compress now so it may ease pain and redness based on what i saw on internet.

Yes, I have had a variety of genital conditions to deal with over the years so yes certainly I would try other types of underwear which is what I had to do.

So I have the fitted, some are a looser fit other are a size too small - pick what feels right on the day, I would suggest.

In terms of what is still happening, try to wash more often during the day, with water only of course, then make sure you are fully dried.

One other thing many men give little consideration to is to make sure the bladder is fully emptied and you have fully drained the urethra - this is more difficult to achieve if you have tight clothing such as jeans, trousers or shorts on - if this may be the case for you, loosen up the clothing best you can before before commencing urination.

When I am at home I take everything on the lower body off - you also need to give yourself a little more time and be aware that the muscles that control urine flow do not function like a tap.

You may have completed flow, but a tiny drop or two may be trapped or held in the urethra, this will eventually leak out, and it takes the tiniest amount of urine to create an irritation to the Meatus and surrounding area.
