    could be alot of reasons the most common is to much fluid you need fluid to push food along the intentines if you eat to much proccesed food or not enough food then fluid will make more noise then if you have a good substainal meal. 

    this fluid is also caused when stressed  ..  you need to notice when it starts and link it to something. one good thing is that to much noise although embarrisng is much better then no noise .

      this is good stuff but can cause constipation if to much consumed the otheroption often recommended is imodeum becaues this drys up the liquid that causes the direeoh ,but then your left with constipation . 

      look at your diet .the problem more than likely lies there

    I had my first 10ml last night, restless legs were less restless, might be coincidence. Will try this one bottle to see.
