I have a red big mark on my pennis ,should i have to worry?please someone an advice what is

Hello everyone,i just found this forum and im really happy, a month ago I spotted some red marks on my pennis(i have girlfriend) so i kept follow to see how goes but the last 2 weeks is bigger and as well i spotter two more near pleass i need help because im new in England , many thanks in advance!! As well i want to upload a picture so you can understand easier
