The patch is somewhat similar to this photo:
But not so much. It is just a small patch. May I know what may be the problem? And also any cures?

Its one the shaft of my penis facing me. Basically the upper side. And it's not so large, just around 1 cm. It was there from the past 2 weeks. I guess it grew bigger.

It's probably nothing to worry about - possibly eczema??, but I'd get it checked out if I were you. You could either see your GP or a local genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic. Just google "GUM clinic near me" to find the nearest one. Good luck!

That certainly looks unusual, but I have no idea what it could be. Could you have been bitten by an unusual insect? Definitely something I'd get a doctor to look at, especially as it seems to be growing, and seems to be slightly different on the perimeter.
