I have an inflamed urethral external meatus for 2 weeks. Is there any soothing treatment?

I was tested for STD's and results were negative. I was started on empiric antibiotics and antifungal cream without improvement. I noticed that there is little to no pain with urination, but if I ejaculate there is a stinging sensation. There is a stinging sensation / irritation throughout the day too. Abstinence is the only alleviating factor.

    You need to get back to the medical professional who gave you the medication as what you have had has not had the impact it should have
