I have been depressed from 3months, what I should do,

3months Before i had sex with prostitue for the very first time in my life, and condom broke, F**k! But suddenly i finish doing sex, 

So, after one month after i noticed my tonsils are swollen , still I didn't recovered with my tonsils, but I don't have any pain or any other thing in throat, so today i noticed a red spot on my penis i got shocked i was already very depressed about not having hiv, feeling down after seeing red spot on penis, spot is under neck of penis also not a very big spot,

What i could be of?

Am i at High risk of HIV or STD?

Please help me

    Calm down - these symptoms could well be coincidental and unconnected. Go to a Sexual Health Clinic and get tested for the things you are concerned about. No-one can diagnose you over the internet!

    Have you posted with another username?  Either way, it's unlikely, but not impossible that you'd get HIV from having sex with a woman once, even if she is HIV+ herself (and depending on which country you're in, that may be unlikely).

    The only way to know for sure if you have an STI or not is to get tested though.  You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.
