I have been on the worry train for so long can someone help me

Hi everyone I tried asking around for some help about this but nobody helps okay I recently saw this thing pop up on my upper lip right at the crease where my lips meet you won't see it unless I make a kissy face motion it's a single small white bump there is no wound no crust no itch no pain it's just there it's been like a month actually 5 weeks that's it's been there can someone help me to say what this is please I'm desperate
