I've been spotting and haven't had a period in months and my nipples has been tender to the touch. The spotting happens after sex but not always. Need some answers help?

cant really help as dont know your age, or whether in peri ..
all i can say tender breasts are usually a sign with a period ...
best you see the doctor Janice and tell them your symptoms, think you need a doctors advise on this one.. maybe they can check you and help

  Could it be caused by vaginal dryness which is a menopause symptom? Just a thought x

Breast tenderness I get bad if I have a diet coke or a lot of caffeine. Definitely helps to stay away

If you haven't seen your period in over a month and you've been spotting after sex, then I'd get a pregnancy test.
