Starting from the beginning, I first vomited on the night of the 1st of January, I was feeling uneasy all day probably because I drank quite a bit the night before, but just before I went to sleep I felt dizzy and I vomited my dinner. I thought this was food poisoning so after a few days I went to the doctor and she prescribed me Ranitidine to stop the vomiting but after a few days i was still feeling weak and was still vomiting. So I went to the hospital (6th of January) because I hadn't eaten anything for 2 days. They took my blood and urine and took pictures of my lungs and belly. They told me that my blood was good, my urine had ketones, my lungs were good but my large intestine was full of faeces. They prescribed me 2 laxatives (Cleen) and a stool softener called Movicol, I hadn't vomited anymore for 4 days so I stopped using Movicol, but after stopping with Movicol, I started vomiting again, I started Movicol again and now it's not helping anymore because I still vomit. I can keep liquids down. I am also feeling more tired than usual. I already lost 4 kg/8 pounds since the beginning of the month because of this. What do I do?

you need to get an endoscopy asap to see whats going on inside your stomach to trigger your vomiting. You probably also need a colonoscopy or to get your stool tested, but if you're not having diarrhea or bloody stool, you probably don't need it. Also ask your doctor for Zofran of Phenergan to stop the vomiting, because if you continue to not eat, you will start vomiting because you arent eating enough. that could also be why you feel weak. are you anxious or depressed lately? are you over worrying about your health? those things can also exasperate the symptoms and even cause you to vomit. there could be a lot of things that will make you sick to your stomach, so its hard to pin point with your few, vague symptoms. i would get an endoscopy asap though

You need to go back to your doctor to arrange further tests such as an endoscopy and ultrasound to find out what is causing the vomiting. Have you tried a food diary to see if any foods are causing it?

Since you can keep liquids down, you could also try meal replacement drinks to build yourself up.
