Are the bumps blistered and painful? Best bet is to call your ob and have her check.

Yeah they are, I want to go to the doctors but I don't know how to tell my mom about this

Does your mom know you're sexually active? Has she been supportive in the past about sexual topics such as birth control, condoms, etc?

My first sore started out as what I thought was a pimple forming. Then within 3 days instead of coming to a head like a pimple, it blistered.

No my boyfriend and I aren't sexually active because I'm not ready to go down that road yet

Do you shave? Are they ingrown hairs? Are they painful or tender? blisters or whiteheads? Do they sting if you pee on them? Do you or have you very recently had fever, headache, swollen lymph nodes in pelvis, pain in your buttcheek or leg, floods of watery vaginal discharge?

Yeah I shave and I recently shaved too, idk if that's the case, but yeah they're like blisters

Have you found anything out? If youve never been sexually active, it could still be heroes but less likely. You'd need genital to genital contact, or touch each others parts by and and pretty quick afterward touch the other. Has your boyfriend ever had symptoms? He a virgin too?
