    Apply antiseptic ointment. If it has not improved within a few days, apply anti-fungal ointment. If no better after a week, or 10 days, see a doctor.

      I had fungal infection a few weeks ago and I was applying anti-fungal ointment (

      Betamethasone-Gentamicin-Miconazole). What could this be? Syphilis?

      Maybe you stopped applying the anti-fungal cream too soon?

      I use the cream for 2 weeks 2 times a day. Then, a week ago the dead skin began to fall and I only put the cream in the night after cleaning with salt water as the doctor told me. But now those wounds are appearing and I do not know what to do. Apply oxygenated water and reapply the cream 2 times a day? Do you think it could be syphilis or doesn't it look like it?

      I have no experience of / with syphilis, so I can’t answer your question.
