    HI Steph,

This forum is fantastic, get yourself a huge glass of water and spend some time looking through the posts, thats what I did before I started 3 weeks ago. Look at the posts from BritneySpears, she has lost a tremendous amount of weight on this programme and has a wealth of information.

I dont feel confident to offer you advise as only starting out on it myself recently, other than to read the posts on the forum.

Good luck and be patient lol x

      thank you very much.

I might just send her a message and hope for a reply, as i am completely clueless about this, not to mention a little bit nervous about the side affects (maily the toilet based one). lol

Have you read the information in relation to the 5g of fat per 100g and no more than 15g per meal total of 45g per day. that appears to be the best rule of thumb and following a rather unplaesant experience wiht quiche I hva estuck to that and not had any horrible side effects since x

no that wasnt on my information leaflet. I will bear that in mind though. Think my weakness is going to be chocolate/savories like pastys and quiche. sad

no it isnt on the information leaflet, but I think process of elimination on behalf of the more experienced, has determined that is the best theory! x
