I have red dots all over my upper thighs next to groin

Looking for some help with this. About 4 days ago i noticed a couple red dots on the inside of my left thigh. The next day there were twice as many, the day after that it happened again. Now they are all over and it transferred to my right thigh as well. A lot of the red dots are at the end of a hair follicle. I did get a bad sunburn on my thigh a couple days before this happened but it was below where the red dots are. I'm super anxious about this, I've been using jock itch cream and hydrocortisone creme but nothing has helped so far. Any idea what this could be?
