i have some rashes on my penis after masturbation, what do i do?

After masturbation a couple of months ago i felt some irritation just below the foreskin of my penis but i didnt much attention to it later masturbated several times after it. i later realised that there was some rashes there more like dead skin cells but quite rough there. its very discomforting.

    You just need TLC there , give it a week rest . Rinse it 3 times a day and apply an all natural moisturizer , like a Burts bees chapstick
