I have these bumps on my vagina I don’t know what they. are . Could they be herpes ?

      i have signs showing a yeast infection as well with weird clumpy discharge burning sensation . could these bumps be involved with that ?

    I cant see anything to worry about in that picture but herpes sores will mainly show up on the outside. A different picture may help.
