i need help. I have this shape or bumps on my penis head. Its been more than two months now and its not going away. I never had sex or any physical interaction with a female. Can someone help me with this please.
A little back story: my penis head shaft was dry due to friction from masturbation. Then the skin started to peel just a tiny bit. I applied clotrimazole cream and it got better but these marks are left. and then these bumps on the penis head. Please help
It does not hurt
It does not itch(rarely like once or twice a month maybe)
It does not smell. I keep a really good hygiene
It does not change color
It does not get bigger or rough when i masturbate

possibly lichen planus,
cure is unsure, i would avoid all soap, use washing product for people with excema. try to be as healthy and de stress as much as possible. use oils to keep shin nourished.
you may be perscribed steroid cream from a doctor, seems it can be effective for some but must be used sparingly as it is very strong.
still it may not go.
i am trying epsom salt baths and fasting at the moment to see if that helps
please kindly keep us all updated

I use pears soap which is 98% Glycerine with no extra chemicals. I will try to keep the area nourished.
Yes i was prescribed fluconazole 150 for the condition prior to this. I had red irritated patch and severe itching. Which got better with the medicine but I did not continue using clotrimazole when I got better. The cream I have now is Hydrocortisone USP 1% with Clotrimazole USP 1%.
I will start using it regularly and update as I see results.

thanks for the response, did your doctor ever mention lichen planus? also even pears soap may be too harsh on the skin.
