I have this swellings in my under tongue what might be the problem..., please help

    Hi Gabie,

    I hope you have seen someone about this, if not i would recommend seeing a dentist.

    While that lump looks concerning, it could be part of your venous system, a superficial vein close to the surface of the tongue. I am more concerned about those white/ pinkish patches under your tongue and would recommend getting this seen to.
