i have weird stuff going on under my tongue can someone please help?

So not too long ago i was diagnosed with HPV bc i had bumps on my vag lip so now anything and everything that happens to me gives me anxiety. A couple weeks ago i ate sour candy and had a painful lump appear on my lingual frenulum under my tongue and a huge lump appear on the right side of my throat, after applying hot compress my throat lump was gone but the bump on my lingual frenulum under my tongue is still present, this made me realize these small bumps under my tongue and this weird like that goes across my tongue. Also this morning my lingual frenulum felt almost rough and when i looked there was small white bumps on my frenulum, i went a scratched it and it came off ? part of me is saying that im just paranoid and this could just be normal things and i just got a salivary stone, can someone please help me figure what this is ? im looking it up everywhere to see if its hpv in my mouth and im so paranoid and scared, my genital warts are basically all gone now because i used medicine for it and took lots of to get rid of it and i believe i was doing good and finally about to be out of my depression slump but now this happens and im so paranoid. imageimage
