My girlfriend got tested 3 weeks and she was negative and my doctor said I had herpes for a long time but I never break out st all I don't know what to think or how to tell her I been with her for a year and she hasn't caught the herpes I need some opinions do I break up with her and live her life

Breaking-up with her seems very severe if you love each other.
What you should do is to talk it over with her, and be completely honest with her whilst you are doing it.
You can minimise the risk by always using a condom, but the decision as to whether you stay together should be hers'.
