Mainly just the break out above my lip but the problem with this is that he put it in my vagina before oral. I'm scared to tell my parents and he says he doesn't have herpes.

I wouldn't. Two days later and on your lips, maybe, but one day later and on your face, no. Also, gHSV2 doesn't like the mouth so much, and gHSV1 isn't very infectious.
